Network Outage

From our side, it won't be a moment too soon when we move to our new
servers…

In the space of a couple of weeks, we have had a disk crash (they're fully
mirrored and backed up, so there was no impact on the service), and now
(from 6am yesterday, until a few minutes ago) a switch failure – In simple
terms, it meant that one part of our system could not talk to another.

Words will be had with our current service provider, fear not.

In the meantime, humble apologies from our side – you will see a large glob
of mail popping out of the system now as it catches up.

On a separate issue, anyone who is following the SmartGroups transfer, our
most recent set of enhancements means that we are taking about a day to
transfer in each "letter" of the public SmartGroups – Today is "F".
