User Interface Engineer

Personal traits

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Enjoys working in a team to solve difficult technical challenges
• Able to effectively manage own time when multi-tasking
  

Technical skills

Essential

• Good understanding of web usability and accessibility issues
• 2 years' recent software development experience
• Strong JavaScript / AJAX plus XHTML and CSS 2 and an appreciation of cross-browser issues
• JSP and JSTL
  

Desirable

• Some Java experience, ideally using Struts
• Use of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Salary to £35,000 + share options.
