Knowledge entry Jiglu support over the holiday period

Jiglu's office will be closed from this evening, 21 December, until 2 January. We'll do our best to still answer your support queries during this time and of course we'll still make sure the service is running fine. However, there may be a few things we can't do until we're back in January.

Knowledge entry We're upgrading on Weds 30 January

At 12pm GMT (that's 7am US Eastern, 4am US Pacific) on Wednesday 30 January we'll be upgrading to the latest Jiglu release. This should take no more than 90 minutes, but just in case you should allow three hours for us to be down. (Note that this has been postponed a day due to a last-minute issue.)

Knowledge entry Naked launch

Today is our "official" launch day. We've had a close to finished version of new Jiglu available in a preview mode for the last couple of weeks, and have been somewhat surprised at the number of people who have found, installed and kept the widget. Far more than we thought without really telling anyone.
